Isaiah 7:9 says "...If you do not stand firm in faith, you shall not stand at all. "

Many times lately, I have awaken in the middle of the night, and could not get back to sleep, cause I was worrying over something...my work, my trips, my studies, thoughts that creep into my mind and I keep pondering over them, things I should have done....

I realise now that I worry too much, causing stress to my body, which breaks down, leaving me sick and unwell. I should focus instead on God, trusting Him to deliver me. If my faith is firm in God, I will not bother too much about the petty stuff in my life, but enjoy what God has given me.
