God has tried to prepare us through the prophets, and through the church. However, few heed the teachings of Christ through the church. they think that the Roman Catholic church is old and out-of-tune with the world. However, the issues that the church speaks out against - abortion, euthenesia, homosexuality, etc are the very issues which causes us to turn away from God. Sure, there are many arguments for such issues, but at the end of the day, what matters most is our relationship with God. Sin takes us away from God. Perhaps we would address these issues one by one soon, and we will see how the Roman Catholic Church stands against such wrongdoings in a world that is turning away from God.
